In order to participate in our program, we require our patients to get educated about weight loss surgery procedures and gain an understanding about the journey on which they are about to embark. There are three options in meeting this requirement so that you can make an informed decision in choosing the procedure that is best for YOU!

Option #1 Watch our educational videos and then complete our interactive test
Option #2 Attend a seminar - generally offered the second Tuesday of each month
Option #3 Meet one-on-one with our Bariatric Coordinator
